The Lions Club
Throughout the year you will see Lions members flipping pancakes or cooking at a variety of island events like Ruckle Park Days, Fireman’s Breakfast, Sailing Around Salt Spring Breakfast, Single Seniors Christmas Dinner, Santa Ship and more.
The Lions Hart Bradley Hall provides a beautiful space for the community for everything from meetings to weddings.
Portlock Park was founded and developed by the Salt Spring Lions Club and donated to the island for sports use by islanders. The Lions Club built a new playground and picnic shelter located at the Park.
Salt Spring Lions contributed well over $100,000 to help raise funds & build the Kanaka Road Skate Park, a skate park of high calibre for the youth of the island.
